We were pleased with our comfortable room, which was well-equipped with a comfortable bed and good shower pressure. the hotel's staff provided hospitable, thoughtful service and were accommodating despite language barriers. the hotel's location near the hospital was convenient and it was easy to navigate to nearby neighborhoods via an Uber. the reasonably-priced parking garage was a welcome feature.

The staff at Hotel Global Grupos were friendly and accommodating. They were really good too make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the location allowed for easy access to the rest of the city. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Sao Paulo.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the well-equipped and spacious rooms offered by this hotel. The comfortable beds and excellent shower pressure provided a great night's rest. the hotel's close proximity to popular tourist attractions made exploring the city a breeze. I also appreciated the attentive and thoughtful staff who made my stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location in a less desirable area with many homeless people nearby was unsettling at times. the lack of breakfast options due to renovations, and the occasional lack of hot water in the shower were minor inconveniences.

We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, being close to a hospital, which gave us peace of mind. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent room service and housekeeping. The hotel also had a lovely garden area with comfortable garden furniture, perfect for relaxing. our experience here was top-notch.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. We also appreciated the free Netflix access. The staff, especially the restaurant ladies, were friendly, kind, and helpful. They made an effort to communicate with us despite language barriers. The location was great for us, as we had a car and it was easy to navigate this city. There was also a reasonably priced parking garage nearby.

The thin walls made it easy to hear other guests, which disturbed our peace. the location was not the safest neighborhood with the presence of homeless people and drug use nearby.
